Am thrilled to engage in the steemit learning challenge frist week of season 28 under the topic Tomatoes soup where everyone is entitled to use their hand and prepare a delicious soup. It is advisable that we all should remember nutrition is one of the pillars of our health and general well-being. In less than no time let processed to contest practical and questions.

Make an in detail step by step recipe of Tomatoes Soup (4)

Back Pepper⅕ tsp
Zera Powder⅕ tsp
Turmeric Powder⅕ tsp
Chicken Powder⅕ tsp

Chilli sauce¹ tsp
Butter2-3 tsp

In preparation of my tomatoes soup, I washed tomatoes with flowing water, I Cut the hard parts and stems of it. I put the three gashes inside the tomatoes by using sharp corners of the knife .

I transfer my tomatoes into a clean pot and add half cup of water,I cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes.

After boiling 5 minutes, I transfer out the tomatoes in the light deep plate then removed the skin of it and mashed it fork. Since, I needed smoothie texture, I add them into blender and blend very well.

In a clean dry pan, I added my required quantity of butter and light up the cooker. When properly melted, I added my chopped scallions and garlic 🧄 clove. I continue stirring till it becomes light brown cooked.

It is the right time, for us to add smoothie mixture of boiled tomatoes , cook and added in half cup of water then side by side stirring it continually with the soften hands about 6-8 minutes.

To have a great taste of soup, I go in with soya sauce, chilli sauce and chicken powder. Then again I stir it with the spoon.

To thick and silky taste and texture of the tomatoes soup,I l take ¹ tsp of corn flour for thickness in the soup. For this I use half cup of water and mixed it well for creating smoothie slurry.

I return the soup on low flame,I added the mixture of corn flour and water and stirred slowly with the spoon to avoid lumps and cooked about 3-5 minutes until the soup becomes thickened.

I transfer it into a plate for consumption.

🍲 What nutrients are found in Tomatoes Soup and why it is healthy in winter season .

Tomatoes soup is a nutritious food, that is Rich with several essential minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Taking about vitamin, we have lots of Vitamin A and C content in tomatoes. The vitamins help to have a healthy vision, boost our immunity and fight disease. It also contains potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure and a healthy heart. We also know that it contains some fiber which supports digestive health and satiety.

Note that regular consumption of tomatoes helps to protect our cell damage and cancer exposure.

In preparation of my tomato soup, I did not experience any difficulties because I followed my teacher's instruction on how to do it tactfully.

To make new things, it is advisable to abide by the rules and instructions given. Using the same measurements will help attend to a pleasing results. My first time of Making tomatoes soup turn out excellent and a excited about that.

Reading this contest,I was curious thinking of outcome but after that preparation, It was 100 % delicious.
