Biggies is crafted by the Biggies group as a unique pure vegetarian restaurant emphasizing the right place for amazing taste started the same year when I left India in 2012. It has become a great dining place, focusing on customer satisfaction through dedicated staff and plans for expansion. If I remember right, it initially was Biggies Pizza, but now besides pizza it offers various ethnic food beside fast food.

This eatery serves as a convenient food stop, easily reachable by various transport modes, ideal for drive-through, dine-in, or no-contact delivery.

What is your favorite ethnic food dish? For example, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.

 
To be honest being a vegetarian I favor Italian ethnic food for its inherent vegetable foundation and adaptability. Italian cuisine aligns closely with plant-based diets through fresh produce and simple preparations.

I eat various foods including Pasta and Pizza but Pizza is my first choice because it has a great variety and taste. For instance I ate onion pizza even if it was a small one and my wife went for local ethnic food.

Back to Italian food preference, it stems from abundance of options compared to Mexican and Japanese styles. Although I have nothing personal against any ethnic food. Why? Even our own Indian foods have a great variety and my wife loves Indian ethnic food from different states of India.

I would like to add that Veggies, grains, olive oil, Corn, beans, chilies, lard dice and veg adaptability are plus points behind my choice for Italian foods.

Do you usually eat this type of ethnic food regularly, or is this a new experience for you?

 
I admit I mostly eat Indian ethnic Vegetarians food but if I have to chose from worldwide ethnic cuisines I will go for whoever offers plant-based dishes from various cultures. I would still prefer grains, vegetables, and herbs, offering my preferred flavors. I will go for Indian, Ethiopian, and Thai cuisines for their diversity and authenticity.
