I am glad I found something that will challenge me because this was my wife's birthday today so I couldn't possibly visit a restaurant alone. The problem further arise as she loves tea and I prefer coffee and when it comes Rubaruu I go for cold coffee.

For this week's contest I selected a restaurant that serves Tea, coffee and food so we had our food first and then ordered tea and coffee. The restaurant Rubaruu Concept & Dining, I am writing about is not too big but serves its food and beverages to our liking and is peaceful.

This restaurant has nothing on display but everything comes from kitchen direct to our table.

The most emblematic drink in India is tea, and I don't blame my since she loves to drink masala chai 80% Indians drink. Besides, it's affordable too. She prefers strong tea with ginger, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon or at least two of these at a time. .As fas as I am concerned, I am among those 20% who love coffee. However, if you go to southern part of our country, most people drink coffee. So I should say overall consumption of tea is more popular or, as you said, emblematic drink of India.​

✓ Briefly detail: what is your favorite coffee or tea and at what time of day do you usually taste it?

My favorite beverage in the morning is a strong cup of tea for obvious reason, my wife makes one for herself so I go with her choice and drink a strong cup of spicey tea. But during the day and before going to bed, I drink a cup of coffee with lots of milk and sugar.

I take nothing with morning or bed time tea or coffee but with my evening cup of coffee I prefer home made salted cookies which we call Mathri. However, that's not a mandatory rule as I can drink coffee without any snacks.
