Pork belly! Anytime, anywhere
I absolutely love pork belly.
Not just the grilled kind sizzling over charcoal,
but also suyuk — tender boiled pork —
and bossam, wrapped with fresh vegetables and seasoned sauce.

melded perfectly with the savory richness of the pork belly,
creating a bit

It doesn’t matter where I go or how it’s cooked —
grilled, boiled, steamed, or even roasted —
pork belly never fails to steal the spotlight.
It’s one of those dishes that can win anyone over,
and for me, it’s a comfort food I’ll never get tired of.
