Greetings, dear chefs

I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy, by God's grace. I am also doing well. I have brought a new recipe for you all.

Today I am going to participate in the 'Recipe of the Day: Week No. 91' contest organized in the Steemit Iron Chef community. And I would like to sincerely thank @lirvic for organizing such a wonderful competition. Today I will share the delicious and popular Taro Root Paste recipe.

There are many types of taro. I have used Giant Taro, or large taro, for this recipe. The taro paste recipe is very popular in our region. There is even a movie in India called Indubala Bhaater Hotel which features this dish as the famous recipe of that hotel.I made this recipe for the very first time, and that too, without any cooking over fire, using raw taro. And when I ate this taro paste recipe with hot rice, it simply melted in my mouth.

Step: 1

First, I will cut a section from the middle of a taro root using a knife. Then I will peel the taro root thickly. After that, I will cut it into several small slices.
