The diary game||"Market assessment and screening"
In my childhood, I would occasionally go to the market either carried in my mother's arms or holding her hand. But I never really shopped for fresh produce myself. However, after moving into the hostel, I gained some great experience in this area. To me, an open market implies the need for careful selection and comparison. Moreover, without fixed prices, it is impossible to measure the true value of the goods.so, I believe it is best to inspect and select fresh produce carefully.
There is a unique pleasure in browsing and comparing items at the market. Anyway, while handling the mess management duties at our hostel, I had to go shopping several times experiences.I have already shared with you. Today, however, I want to share the story of buying onions. Three others were sharing the mess management responsibilities with me. So we would often go to the market in groups of two or three.
The two of us went to the market that day. We needed 5 kilograms of onions, but it kept raining intermittently. Since wet onions might rot, we were looking for good-quality ones. At a shop at the far end of the market, we saw a few people sorting through onions to buy them. We also sat down, asked the price, and started picking out the onions we wanted.I don't particularly like oversized onions. So I kept selecting medium and small ones and placing them in a basin.
We bought the 5 kilograms of onions we had selected for 120 Indian Rupees, equivalent to 21.3 Steem.Later, we discovered the actual onion warehouse while exploring deeper into the market lanes. Since we had already purchased our onions that day, we bought them from that warehouse the next time we needed to shop. Finally, we similarly bought beans from a large vegetable shop, selecting them carefully.
| I hope you all enjoy this shopping experience.I will be back with a new post later. Until then, everyone stay well. May God keep everyone healthy. |
