Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.101. date (15-12-2025) Healthy & Delicious Food Menu.
I invite all my chef friends to my new blog. I hope everyone is well and healthy. Today I will share my daily menu in the Contest | Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 101 competition organized in the Steemit Iron Chef community. We organize different types of food in our daily menu every day. We must keep nutritious food in our daily menu to stay healthy.
It is winter, and winter means the rush of eating delicious pithapuli at my house. I always prepare delicious food for my family. Keeping everyone's taste in mind, I started the day with pitha soaked in a mixture of date molasses and milk. Rich in juice and the coconut flakes in every bite double the taste of the pitha in the mouth. After soaking in the juice for a long time, the pitha become soft and soaked in the juice which gives a great taste to the mouth. However, such a juicy texture and great taste of delicious pitha improves the mood.
After breakfast, when I went to the market to do some shopping, I saw some fresh fruits in the fruit shop that attracted me. I bought a yellow watermelon, even though it was not the watermelon season. When I cut the watermelon, I noticed that the inside was red and it was delicious. Watermelon replenishes the body's water and is very beneficial for the body.
I cooked pasta which is a favorite of all the people in my house. Pasta made with a combination of boiled pasta, eggs, spicy spices and sauce adds great flavor to the food menu. Juicy and spicy pasta brings back the taste of the mouth. A bowl of pasta keeps the stomach full for a long time and improves the mood.
