"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 112: (Fish Finger Recipe)"
I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a Delicious Chicken Roast Recipe in the Contest Recipe of the Day Week No.112 competition organized by @nancy0 in the Steemit Iron Chef community.
Below are the ingredients we need for the fish finger recipe.

For the fish finger recipe, I took 500 grams of fish, washed and cleaned the fish thoroughly. Then I put a pot on the stove, put the cleaned fish in the pot, and added one and a half cups of water to it. I added a little turmeric powder and a little salt to the water, closed the lid of the pot, and waited for it to boil.
⇨Second Step:
When the fish is well cooked and the water reduces, I take the fish pieces out in a bowl. When the fish pieces cool down a bit, I remove the fish pieces. When all the fish pieces are well removed, I take them out in another bowl.

⇨Third Step:
To keep the mixture binding, I boiled 4 medium potatoes. I cooled the boiled potatoes a little, peeled them, and then grated them using a grater.

⇨Fourth Step:
Heat oil in a pan on the stove and fry the onion and green chillies till brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and coriander powder. Then stir everything and add ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix all the spices well with a little water and stir well. Once the spices were ground, I added the minced fish, mixed it with the spices, and added the grated potatoes. Then I mixed everything very well and fried it for three minutes.

⇨Fifth Step:
Finally, I added the chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. I stirred everything well again, and before removing the mixture from the stove, I added the garam masala powder.

⇨Sixth Step:
Once the mixture has cooled, apply a little oil to your hands, take the filling of your choice, and shape it into fish fingers. I made all the fish fingers in the same way and placed them in a bowl.

⇨Seven Step:
To coat the fish fingers, I broke and beat three room-temperature eggs in a bowl and took orange breadcrumbs in another bowl.

⇨Eight Step:
I took one fish finger and first coated it in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs and coated it well, doing a double coating in this way to coat all the fish fingers.

⇨Nine Step:
Now the fish fingers are ready to fry in oil. I let the oil heat up in a pan, when the oil gets hot enough, I put the fish fingers in the hot oil. Then I stir fry them and drain the oil. The fish fingers are ready to serve.

FINAL PRESENTATION
⇨ A great combination of crispy fish finger recipe with tea or coffee for afternoon snack. A delicious snack recipe for kids' tiffin, can be made in bulk and stored in a ziplock bag for up to three months.
