Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.1110. date (26-02-2026) // Idlis, Mutton Rice and Meals

Yesterday I was cooking idlis and coconut chutney for breakfast. Idli is a steamed dish that requires soaked rice and soaked dal. After soaking those ingardient i ground them to make batter. I made it at home using the flour I had prepared. I had prepared a chutney to eat with it. I mixed the chutney with coconut, peanuts, chilies, etc. and ground them in a mixer grinder. It was delicious when eaten together. That's why I packed my son's lunch box.
The bananas I had bought the day before were ripe and ready. I picked them up around 11 a.m. and they were very ripe, so I picked them up and ate them.
That is, I fried the cleaned pieces of mutton in a pan with some salt, turmeric powder, cloves, etc., and fried them well without adding any water. Then I put it in the cooker and cooked it until it reached six whistles. Then I took it out and added the grated ginger, garlic paste, onion, tomato paste, mutton masala powder, rasam powder, chili powder, and coriander leaves to it. The gravy was very tasty. I had cooked rice to eat with it. Lunch was also delicious and healthy.
My husband took us out for dinner. We had dinner at a restaurant. We ordered and ate. There were three types of rice, soup, chapati, vegetable fritters, etc. in the menu. Payasam was also served with it. The dinner was very tasty and healthy.
Thus, yesterday's three meals were very healthy and satisfying. I thank God for providing these meals.
