INGREDIENTS
💚 Bud Mushroom 💚 Oil 💚 Garlic Ginger paste 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Garam masala powder 💚 Salt 💚Onion 💚 Tomato 💚 Coriander leaves
Step1 :
Take small mushrooms called bud mushrooms and cut them into small pieces and keep them in the sun for a while. Why keep them in the sun? Only then will we get the vitamin D from them. Tehn wash then with water.
Step 2 :
Take a mixer grinder and add the cleaned garlic and ginger pieces to it, add cumin seeds and anise seeds and grind them well. Keep the ground paste aside.
Step 3 :
Heat a pan on the stove. Cut the onion into small pieces, add oil and fry it. Similarly, take two tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and fry them in it.

Step 4 :
Put the sauteed ingredients in a mixer and grind them into a paste and keep it aside.
Step 5 :
Heat a pan on the stove, add oil, add cloves and mustard seeds and saute. Then add the grated ginger-garlic paste and tomato-onion paste and fry well.
Step 6 :
Now add garam masala power, trumeric powder, coriander leaves, required amount of salt and mix it. Then add the washed mushrooms and mix well. Add required amount of water and let it cook.
Step 7 :
After boiling for ten minutes, add two spoons of ghee to it, mix well, cover with a lid and cook for two minutes. Pot off the flame
Now, the spicy and juicy Mushroom Curry is ready.We can serve this gravy with various meals, for example, we can eat it with items like chapati, paratha, rice, etc.
