Vegetable Mix Pasta - Recipe

INGREDIENTS

💚 Pasta 💚 Oil 💚 Carrot 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Pasta masala powder 💚 Salt 💚Onion 💚 beans 💚 Coriander leaves 💚 Greenpease

Step1 :

Take the pasta and put it in a bowl and add water until it is submerged. Then add two spoons of oil and mix it and let it cook. Once it is cooked, drain the water and keep the remaining pasta in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Clean and wash vegetables such as carrots, beans, peas, etc., cut them into small pieces, place them in a bowl,

Step 3 :

Add water to a pan,add the chopped vegetables and cook them well on a low flame.

Step 4 :

Chop the onion and capsicum into small pieces. Then place a pan on the stove and heat a spoon of oil in it. Then add mustard and cumin seeds and fry them. Then add the chopped onion and capsicum and fry them well.

Step 5 :

Then take the boiled vegetables, drain the water and add the remaining vegetables to the pan and sauté well. After they are fried, add pasha masala powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Then take the cooked paste and mix well and fry it. Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on it.

Now, the healthy and lucious Vegetable Mix Pasta is ready. We can serve this gravy with tomato suce and geen chutney, Children will be healthier and have a tastier meal when they make this kind of pasta at home and add vegetables to it, rather than the pastas available at fast food restaurants.
