Recipe of the Day, Week No: 99: (Stir Fried Pasta)

Hi everyone, how are you doing today? It's my first time participating in this contest that was organised by @crismenia. Thank you for giving me the chance to share my recipe. I will be sharing how I made my stir-fried pasta, it's one of the most quick simple recipe that I love to make whenever I don't know what to cook


Ingredients

Pasta
Red bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Green onions
Carrot
Garlic
Onions
Leftover chicken
Seasoning and spices to taste


Preparation

Step 1
The first thing I do is to wash and prep all my ingredients to make it easier for me. I sliced my veggies, chopped my onions and shredded my leftover chicken.

Step 2
I put my pasta on to boil, I add salt and oil in order not to get sticky, and I sieve it when it is done.

Step 3
I put my pan on high heat, put a little bit of butter in and poured in my shredded leftover chicken I had at home; I fried it till it became crispy. After it was all done, I took it out of the pan and set it aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, I put in a little bit of butter, I added onions and fresh garlic and stirred it thoroughly. After a few minutes, I poured in my veggies (red, yellow, and green bell peppers) and carrot.
to it, and I mix it well.

Step 5
After that I added my spices and seasoning to taste, which consists of garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and chilli powder, and I stirred it.

Step 6
Next is adding the pasta and my shredded chicken to it, and I stirred it thoroughly too. I saw that it was too dry, so I added a small amount of pasta water to it to make it okay. The meal was done at this point, all I did was to dish it out and serve myself.
