I am fine. First thing, I took fish and put one tablespoon ginger, garlic paste on it. After that I squeez lemon on it. And applied it well all over the fish with the help of my hands. After applying the lemon and ginger-garlic paste. I left the fish for half an hour. So that the smell would dissipate properly.
Next I took pan place it on stove and turned on to flame. Today I used oil to fry fish. So I added one cup of oil to it. I took three medium sized onions and chopped them well. Then I added the onions to the pan. I fried these onions well for three to four minutes.
Friends after frying the onions. I fill one tablespoon ginger and garlic paste it. Then I fried the ginger garlic paste and onions for better taste. I didn't brown them completely. But when they turned slightly light brown. I added chopped tomatoes.
I also fried the tomatoes well with this paste. When it was well fried. I added the spices to it. I added some water and fried this spice well.
I marinate to fish with lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste. For half hour. I wash it completely.
The spices were well fried. Then I carefully placed each piece of fish in this spice. Because the fish is very soft. Guys there is no need to cook it too much or stir it too much. It has to be fried very gently. I kept changing the sides of the fish one by one about every two to three minutes.
Guys next I fill teaspoon dry coriander powder it. Next put a teaspoon of cumin powder. A teaspoon of black mirch. And then I fried all these spices well with fish. Fried for about three to four minutes. After that my delicious and spicy fish is ripe and ready
Now I decorate spicy fish curry with using chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. And served it with hot roti with this beautiful decoration.
