"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 96: (Homemade Aloo Gobi Paratha )"

I am fine. I hope that all my friends are also fine and from the bottom of my heart I pray for all of you that you all are always happy, prosperous and live a very enjoyable life with your family members. Guys we should always pray for everyone. Today I am participating in this contest with a delicious Paratha recipe. Trust you will like my recipe انشاءاللہ.
Here are the ingredients:👇

- I made aloo gobhi curry. This was very tasty and spicy. So I took aloo gobhi curry and mash it well with masher.
- I make dough and then I took and made small round balls. To make parathas I need two dough balls. So I took two small round balls and made two small round rotis from them. And placed them in a dish so that I could put curry on top and make my delicious parathas.
- I put mash potato and cauliflower curry on top of small round loaf bread. With the help of a spoon I spread generous amount of curry on top. After that I took the second small round bread and placed this bread on top of it and sealed it well from all sides. So that the curry paste could not come out.
- Then I placed the tawa on the stove and turned off the flame. When the tawa was hot. I spread ghee on it and made a big loaf of the bread I had prepared for the paratha with the help of my hands. I placed the bread on the tawa to cook. When the bread was well cooked on one side. I put 1spoon of ghee on it. Then I turn it over to cook my delicious paratha well. I made all my parathas in same way.

The spicy aloo Gobi curry with the salan parathas turned out to be very tasty and delicious. Everyone ate it with great enthusiasm and praised me.

Las tortillas de harina iniciales me recuerdan a una receta de frituras de harina que en mi país se les llama torrejas. Se comen como snack y son deliciosas.
