"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 97: (Aromatic Bhindi Chicken Delight )"

I am fine. Guys we should always pray for everyone. Today I am participating in this contest with a delicious Bhindi chicken recipe. Trust you will like my recipe انشاءاللہ.

I have brought very tasty and delicious recipe. It is made with very simple spice. But this is really very tasty and delicious. So let me tell you how I have made curry of okra and chicken in a simple way.
- As always we first place the pan on the stove. And then add the ghee to it. I did the same and when it started to heat up. I added the chicken to it. I had already washed the chicken.
- I started frying the chicken thoroughly. I fried the chicken on a low heat so that it was well browned and fried. The chicken was well browned and fried. So I took it out on a plate.
- I had already chopped the onions and I had also chopped the okra. Everything was well washed and clean. I took out the chicken separately. Then I added bhindi to the ghee and started frying them well. I first fry okra because it has lace in it. Therefore we have to finish it off by frying it well. So that our curry can be delicious. I friy it well on low flame. I fried it for about five minutes. After frying it for five minutes the lace inside was completely gone.
- Well, there are some people here who fry the okra and take it out separately. But I don't cook it that way. After I fry the okra. I add the onions to it. I cook it my way so I like this method better. And then after frying the okra. I added the onions well in it. and fried the onions well for about five to six minutes. The color of the onions also started to change slightly.
- Then I turned the flame down and added the tomatoes cut into small pieces. Then I added spices to it. The spices include red chili powder two chili flakes turmeric and salt. Then I added the fried chicken to it. Mixed it well and left it to cook on low heat. After about 10 minutes my delicious spicy and very simply cooked okra and chicken curry was ready.
