Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I have prepared a delicious dessert to participate in the Recipe of the Day, Week No.102 competition.I made a delicious paise with the famous date molasses of Jessore district.Thank you, @mvchacin Madam, for organizing such a great competition.So let's share the step-by-step method of making paise. so let's start........

- Polao rice
- Liquid milk
- Date molasses
- Sugar
- Whole cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves
- Raisins, cashews, pistachios nuts.

- First, I took a cup of Chinigura Polao rice to make the paise and soaked the rice in water for an hour.Then, when the rice was thoroughly soaked, I first drained the water through a strainer and ground it into a light powder.

- Then I took one liter of liquid milk in a pot and boiled the milk well for some time.Then I added two cardamoms, two cinnamon sticks, and a bay leaf.This will release a nice aroma from the paise.Then I added a generous amount of date molasses and a little sugar to taste.I boiled the milk with all the ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickened.

- I boiled the milk well for another while so that it thickened.Then, after heating the milk well, I added the pre-ground poloa rice and stirred it well.Then I added cashew nuts, pistachios, and raisins one by one.After stirring well for some time, when the rice was well cooked, I removed it from the stove.

- Finally, today's delicious date molasses paise is ready.Then I left the paise to cool for some time.

- Finally, my delicious date molasses paise made today is ready. To serve it beautifully, I served it to the whole family in a serving bowl.Finally, I wrote a note with the date the paise was made and the username.

Quedé impresionada con la presentación de ese tipo de arroz. Te confieso que tuve que hacer zoom varias veces, ya que lo veía siendo polvo jajajaja... Acá en Venezuela el más pequeño que he visto es uno que le llaman pollito y, si lo comparto con este, el grano incluso es gigante.
