My name is @maryam86. I am from Pakistan. How are you, dear friends? I hope you are all well. I welcome all of you to my blog today. Today I am participating in this contest "Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 113". Date (10-03-2026) As you my friends know that the month of Ramadan is going on. so today I did not fast. so I thought that today I would share the post of Daily Delicious with people. I would participate in the Daily Menu Delicious contest and share delicious food with my loved ones.The contest has been organized by the @steemit-Iranchef community. Through this contest. I will tell you all what delicious food I ate today. I think people liked my menu post very much.

breadfast

Good Morning Foodies is a Steam- Iron Chef community and every one dear friends. today I had chicken and pea biryani for breakfast 🤤😋 You must know who doesn't like biryani and as soon as I get to know that today's meal is chicken and pea biryani, then I don't eat for the whole day because I have to eat a lot of biryani 🫣😃 A herb and some peas inside each white oh my the fun of eating biryani has increased. My breakfast was very good. My stomach is not getting full. I keep eating and eating. I should also take care of my health and not eat too much.Rice should not be eaten in large quantities because it weakens the bones. so I ate a small amount of rice to keep my health good and fit.

lunch

At 12:30 AM in the afternoon. I thought about eating something spicy and crispy. so I asked my brother to bring me chips and ganeri from outside and then at 12:30AM . I ate chips and ganeri. I had not eaten because I did not have much desire to eat. I was not fasting today. so I was in the mood to eat spicy and spicy food today. 😁🙄 The very good month of Ramadan is going on. which is a gift from Allah Almighty to us. Ramadan is in it. we fast worship Allah Almighty. control our hunger and control our appetite. Today I was not fasting. so I thought about eating a lot today.

evening

I ate three to four Rasool and Barfi. It was also Eidi from my cousin's in-laws. My cousin brought me Rasgala and Barfi, which I ate in the evening. It was very tasty because it was a little salty. I like Barfi and Gulab Jamun very much. I eat sweets very much. but in small quantities. Sometimes. one should not eat too much sweets. Eating sweets can cause diabetes and high blood pressure. Therefore we should eat sweets in small quantities. Therefore taking care of my health. I ate one Ladoo and one Barfi myself and fed the rest of the family.

Dinner

It's 7:00 pm and I didn't eat roti and curry for dinner. I wasn't hungry at all. I had eaten so many delicious foods all day. At night, I didn't feel like eating roti and curry. I ate a bowl of curd with dates. If you add small pieces of dates in the middle of the curd, the curd tastes even more delicious. I ate a bowl of curd with dates for dinner. My stomach is really full and I don't feel like eating anything else. Now I just want to go to bed.
