"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 104: (Sweet Potato Halwa)"
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I hope you are all well. I am starting by wishing everyone good health. Almost everyone is a foodie, and sweets are part of people's daily diet. I make sweet potato halwa out of concern for sweet food. Let's take a look at the ingredients used to make this halwa.
Ingredients
- Sweet potato.
- Liquid milk.
- Sugar as needed.
- Ghee.
- Cardamom.
- Cinnamon.
- Bay leaf.
Preparation process
Step-1: First, collect all the ingredients to make sweet potato halwa. Then wash the sweet potatoes well, when the potatoes are steamed, grate all the potatoes with the help of a grater.
Step-2: Once the potatoes are grated, add ghee to the pan, when it is hot, add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and then add the grated sweet potatoes. Fry them well until they are cooked.
Step-3: When the potatoes are boiled, add liquid milk to it. After some time, add sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes with sugar and then remove it. Then serve it beautifully. My family is eating this for the first time and everyone likes it. You can also make this dessert and serve it to your family.
