Hello friends, welcome to the new season. Today I'm here to participate in the wonderful 1st week of this "SLC-S30/W2 | The Street Food Gastronomic Route : Hot drinks" competition organized by @lirvic & @dasudi.

Today I will take you to a famous place in our Mirzapur city where milk tea is specially sold. But you will also get whole bread with it. It is a popular place in our city and other cities because here bread is burnt in front of your eyes and sold with milk tea.

The most interesting thing is that it is sold in an open place, which is why there is a lot of demand from customers. It is located on the north side of Mirzapur Dherua rail crossing. The name of the food stall is Spice Heaven. This tea shop has a signboard with its logo and details.

What is your favorite hot beverage (e.g. coffee, tea, hot chocolate or herbal infusion) and how often do you drink it?

My favorite hot drink is milk tea or malai tea. Here you can order any type of tea you want, but most of the available ones are milk tea and burnt bread. There are special dishes from each region, but I think the water that is also available here is the most famous. I had not come to try this water before, but when I wanted to know and saw a blogging video where I saw that milk tea is sold with burnt bread, that's why I came there.

Here, a piece of bread is fried with ghee and other ingredients are added there. Apart from this, the tea that is made here is given various types of ingredients, including powdered milk, cow's milk, sugar, other spices and condensed milk and nuts are given. All of them were put together and presented in front of us. It is called Malai Chai with burnt bread.

Do you like to have some special food (like cookies, bread, or cake) with your drink, or do you prefer to enjoy it alone?

I like to eat burnt bread with this tea. Malai tea is a traditional hot drinks in Bangladesh because there are many regions in Bangladesh which are famous for drinking tea only. Our Mirzapur city also has many famous places for drinking tea. Many people in our city like tea especially milk that is why I went to such a place. Bread with milk tea is a nice combination.

I went with my friend that is why I enjoyed this milk tea there a lot. Actually its real name is Malai Cha. Because here tea is made with milk syrup that is why it is called Malai Cha. This Malai Cha is in high demand. That is why there is a lot of crowd here from afternoon to night. When you eat bread in milk tea, the delicious feeling will work.

Does this store offer any special or seasonal drinks that are not available elsewhere, or does it only sell traditional drinks?

The most famous here is the Malai Chai with milk syrup. It is thick and tasty to eat, that's why everyone orders only this Malai Chai.

Customers come from far and wide to have tea here. Because the quality of service is good, especially the customers are treated well and the shopkeepers are clean. People like a restaurant or any food stall only if it is clean.

There is a lot of crowd of customers around this shop, that is why they like to come here. Different types of lighting have been set up around the shop which is displayed beautifully at night.

If you want, you can have normal tea here, but for this you have to order in advance or inform the shopkeeper. This is a wonderful place in the natural environment where cow's milk tea is sold. There is a railway crossing on the south side, so all the people come here to have tea in the afternoon.

The lighting system has been installed in a beautiful natural environment in the open space and there is a beautiful arrangement for customers to sit. There is a shop logo in front of the shop and a bird's nest that attracts attention. There are chairs and tables to sit here. There is enough gas and a stove for cooking here.
