I hope that you are all well and always be happy and enjoying the beautiful winter season with yours families and friends. Today I'm very happy and pleased to once again participating another week of amazing and wonderful Steemit Learning Challenge 28 Week 4 and sharing my entry with my Steemit friends and family.

When the winter season comes, it comes with cool breeze and also comes with some special and especially comes with very delicious and healthy recipes like carrot halwa, meat dishes, fish fry and also a very important part of winter food is soup. Soups are very important for winter because its comes with very long range of variety and flavours and also provide energy and strong the immunity system and the filling the need of water in body because of winter we already consume very low quantity of water.

Today week topic is pastas soup 🍲 and a very unique and interesting challenge for this week because I never trying it in my life. Personally I taste it and eat and drink it many time but never make it so this challenge and our teacher provide me a great chance to trying it my home. I'm very thankful to you.

Complete Step by Step Recipe of Pastas Soup

###Preparation of Veggies
I bathed the all vegetables using fresh water for removing dirt and dust from the veggies and maintaining healthiness. Special thing of that soup is perfectly shaped of thick and vertical cutting of vegetables. These provide soup extra thickness, vibrant colours and presentation.

Cutting of Chicken

I used boneless chicken but it is available in very large pieces that's why I cut into small pieces don't worry if boneless is not available then you use simple chicken and removing bones from it and then using it.

###Heating the Olive 🫒 Oil and roasting the chicken
I heated the olive oil in the pan and after that I added the chicken pieces and frying for 3 to 5 minutes on intermediate flame for little fragrance generated.

Frying veggies in low flame

Now I added capsicum, carrot, garlic, cauliflower and celery leaves and roasted for 5 minutes in very low flame and continually stirring the vegetables.

Adding Spices

Then I added black pepper, White pepper, salt and paprika powder. I also uses chicken powder if not available then you use chicken stock instead of it. This provides extra taste and flavour to the soup 🍲.

Adding pasta, macaroni and water

Adding two glasses of water and cooked until it comes to boiling. When water boiling then I added pasta and macaroni.

Time Taken

I used a pan to Cook the soup and it taken almost 30 to 35 minutes and instead of pan if you used pressure cooker then it takes 5 to 10 minutes to cook it completely and properly.

Preparation Complete

I make it thin because I like brothy soup but if you like thick then you add 2 teaspoon corn flour for thickness. In the end I sprinkled black pepper on the soup and serving it.


🍲 what challenges do you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem

Cutting vegetables in the perfect and according to shape is very difficult because all the vegetables are different. If pasta is boiled to much then soup turns automatically thick that why timing is very important when you making pasta soup.

🍲 What makes homemade Pasta Soup better than instant soup and what is your personal experience of having a warmth and healthy Pasta Soup Bowl in cozy and cold winter

Homemade soup is special because it's made using home ingredients and any kind of preservatives are not including in it. Salt and spices according to your taste and flavour. Full of nutrients and vitamins. Fresh and warmy.
My personal experience is that pasta soup in the evening of winter warm you from inside and provide energy to our bodies. Hot broth, chicken pieces and vegetables smell and taste make me alive during cold winter.
