SLC28-W6 // "Mashrooms Soup"

Ingredients

| Mushrooms 🍄 | 1 small cup | ||
| Chicken 🐓 fine chopped | 250g | ||
| Regular cabbage 🥬 | 3 to 4 g optional | ||
| Celery's leave 🌿 | 3 to 4 g | ||
| Chopped onion 🧅 | 1 small | ||
| Chopped garlic 🧄 | 4 to 5 cloves | ||
| Salt 🧂 | 1 tsp for taste | ||
| Paprika powder | 1 tsp | ||
| Black & white pepper | 1 tsp | ||
| Mixed Spices | 1 tsp | ||
| Cornflour 🌽 | 3 tsp | ||
| Chicken stock or chicken Cube | 3 cup, 1 cube | ||
| Milk | 1 cup | ||
| Butter or olive 🫒 oil | 2 tsp |
🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Mashrooms Soup
First Step:
First of all I used canned mushrooms because in my market mushrooms are not available at easy that why I used canned mushrooms, I washed mushrooms slices using water. Then I chopped the chicken into right pieces and also garlic and and onion.
Second Step:
In this step I added two spoons olive 🫒 oil in the pan and warm it on low flame. Then I added mushrooms slices and chopped chicken and also added salt and garlic and cooked on low flame for ten minutes.
Third Step:
When mushrooms becomes soft then I added black pepper, white pepper, mixed spices, paprika powder and celery leaves, onion and cabbage. After adding all this spices and herbs I cooked it for few more minutes.
Fourth Step:
In this step I added five cups of of water then I added chicken Cube if you have fresh chicken stock then you used it instead of chicken Cube. After adding it I cook it until boil.
Fifth Step:
When boil comes then I added one cup of fresh milk and cooked on low flame and Cook for few minutes. After that I added cornflour mixture in the soup 🍲 and continuslly stirring the soup for perfect creamy texture and thick.
Sixth Step:
When mushrooms soup is ready then I added black pepper on top and uses fresh celery leave for presentation and fresh and hot mushrooms soup is ready for serve.
🍲 what challenges do you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem
When you making soup then is difficult to maintain perfect consistency and texture. Excess of cornflour making soup more thick and when you cooking more the soup the fragrance of mushrooms missed.

No I haven't tried and cook mushrooms soup at home but I tried in the my local food market in winter season my time. But this time I eat with using chicken and chicken making it more tasty and delicious. This soup not even tasty and delicious but also very useful for providing energy and provies heat to body in winter season.

In the journey of amazing six of different styles of six soup. My favourite soup is lentil soup because I love to eat lentils and blend with soup making it more tasty and delicious. But mushrooms soup special in their own flavour and texture. I preferred this soup to all the soup lovers and who want to eat healthy and tasty.
