Assalamu Alaikum! I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah I am also well and healthy. Today I have brought a completely different post for you. One of the favorite sweets of our family is pudding, and out of that love I will make caramel pudding. Today I will share with you step by step, how I make this delicious caramel pudding very easily. I hope that if you follow this recipe of mine, you will get the taste like the shop at home. So let's get started...!

𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 Ingredients

| Sugar | 2 cup (to taste) |

✔ I first took an aluminum heat proof bowl. In that bowl, I put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water and put it on the stove on medium heat. After a while, when the sugar melts and starts bubbling. When it turns a beautiful golden or dark red color, I immediately take the bowl off the stove.

✔ At this stage, I poured 1 liter of milk into a pot and reduced it by half over medium heat on the stove. Then I let the milk cool so that when I added the eggs to this hot milk, the eggs would not curdle.

✔ I broke 4 eggs in a large bowl and beat them with a slotted spoon. Now I added sugar and a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs, along with 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence, so that the eggs don't have a raw smell. Now beat the eggs and sugar very well with a fork.

✔ At this stage, I poured the egg and sugar mixture into the pre-chilled milk and mixed well.

✔ Now, I strained the egg-milk mixture through a sieve over the bowl where the caramel had frozen, poured it into the bowl, and set it aside.

✔ I put a large pan on the stove and placed a stand in the middle of it. I caramelized the pudding mixture with a quarter of the water, placed the pan on the stand, and covered it with a lid.

✔ The pudding will be ready in 20-25 minutes. To check if the pudding is cooked properly, test it with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the pudding is ready.
When the pudding was done, I removed it from the oven and let it cool. When the pudding was cool, I used a knife to run the sides of the bowl before serving. Now, place it on a plate and hold the bowl upside down on the plate. If you gently tap the bowl, the pudding will fall nicely onto the plate.
