Daily Menu Delicacies! 10:04:2026!
Today wasn't one of the regular days when I eat a lot of food. Just recovering from an ill health so I am not so open to food yet.
Breakfast
So in the morning, I woke up hungry and I prepared a cup of tea to eat with bread and sardines. My cup of tea which is made up of chocolate, milk, sugar and hot water was just as rich as possible.
The sardines are not my regular but they are healthy and goes well with the bread and tea. This meal isn't heavy, its just perfect for breakfast!
Lunch
This is jollof rice prepared with palm oil. I had prepared this dish earlier but lost appetite for it. It is a carbohydrate dish cooked with flavorful ingredients that leaves it spiced up.
Rice can be prepared in different ways depending on the choice of an individual. I had used fish earlier in preparing it and I enjoyed it with water, that was all I needed.
At dinner, there was no appetite so I fed on water to conclude my day. The water helped me stay hydrated till morning.
Eating healthy is part of my plan for everyday and I hope to maintain it. Although recovery process takes a little longer to adjust before one could gain balance.
