Today I want to discuss with you about a bakery shop on the side of the road. The location of the shop is adjacent to Pipulbaria Bazar, Gol Chattar, Sirajganj Sadar Upazila, Sirajganj District, Bangladesh. The name of this shopkeeper is Mokhlesur Rahman. He has been running the bakery shop business here for five years.

In an empty space near Gol Chattar on the side of the road, this Mokhlesur uncle has set up a shop selling various types of bakery biscuits. Whenever I go to Pipulbaria market, I see this Mokhlesur uncle's shop. He sells quality bakery biscuits. Since Mokhlesur uncle's shop is on the side of the road, he covers the goods with silt so that the dust of the road does not fall on his goods.

Moreover, all the bakery goods of this Mukhlesur uncle's shop are packed in large silt bags and some biscuits are packed in plastic boxes. I saw that there are different types of bakery biscuits and chanachur in Mokhlesur uncle's shop. I myself sometimes buy biscuits or chanachur from this shop. This shop offers delicious, delicious and nutritious biscuits. Among all the biscuits, one biscuit is very favorite of mine, that biscuit is what we call cream biscuit in the regional language.

Occasionally, I buy cream biscuits from this Mukhlesur uncle's shop. He is a very kind-hearted person who always treats his customers well. I saw that about 20 to 25 types of biscuits are available in his shop. There is a biscuit that is round and small, which we call tibin biscuits in the regional language. This biscuit is also very tasty to eat.

This uncle of Muklesur opens his shop at 8 am and his shop is open until 10 pm. The money he earns from this shop meets the needs of his family. He sells these biscuits in kilograms. Some biscuits are 200 taka per kg, some biscuits are 180 taka per kg, another biscuit is 220 taka per kg. Some biscuits are very tasty and some biscuits are a little less sweet. These are mainly for those who have diabetes.

Muklesur uncle's shop has several bakery products including dry cakes, tos, sweet tos, saltage biscuits, etc. There are many other biscuits, I don't know their names well. However, the bakery products of this shop are generally very good.

The most unique bread in our country is jellybon. This bread contains jelly, which is why this bread is delicious to eat. You don't need bananas or water to eat this bread. Sometimes I eat this type of bread when I go somewhere. Actually, these two are very good quality. A bakery called Colonel sells this bread in our area.

My favorite food from the bakery is a type of bread that looks like a ball on one side. This bread is very tasty and delicious when cooked together with milk and sugar. This food is a favorite food of mine and all of our family. This type of food is actually eaten more during the winter.

Yes, of course, I think there are some things that can be improved in the bakery shop. The environment of the bakery shop should be kept clean. Good quality bakery products should be brought to the shop. The bakery should be full of taste and nutritional value. The bakery goods must have a production date and a best before date.

The bakery food items should be increased. New and tasty foods should be kept in the bakery shop. There are some people who want to eat sugar-free bakery products, so those products should be kept for them. The bakery shop should be advertised. The leaders should be treated well and the quality of the bakery products should always be good.
