What is your favorite hot beverage (for example: coffee, tea, hot chocolate or herbal infusions) and how often do you consume it?

My favorite hot drink is tea. As tea is available in almost every market or shop in Bangladesh, the tea of Mamun Store in Badarganj Upazila is also very popular among many people.Mamun Store is a well-known small shop located in Badarganj Upazila of Rangpur District, Bangladesh, where local people come daily to hang out and drink hot tea. The tea here is usually milk tea, which tastes quite dark and aromatic. The shopkeeper prepares the tea with great care tea leaves, milk and sugar are mixed in just the right amount and served. As a result, drinking a cup of tea refreshes the body.I usually like to drink tea 1-2 times a day. A cup of hot tea especially after waking up in the morning helps to start the day well. I also enjoy a cup of tea while hanging out with friends in the afternoon.

Sitting and having tea at Mamun Store has a different atmosphere. People from the neighborhood come here to chat, discuss local news and enjoy tea. So it is not only a tea place but also a small social meeting place for the locals.Located in Badarganj Upazila of Rangpur District, Mamun Store is a well-known place among the locals. People usually come and go here from morning till night. Apart from tea, the shop also offers light snacks including biscuits, cakes, chanachurs. So many people come for tea and have a small snack and spend some time chatting.

The taste of Mamun Store tea is quite dark and delicious. Milk, sugar and tea leaves are properly boiled during the preparation of the tea, due to which the aroma of the tea can be felt from far away. Sometimes it is quite enjoyable to sit in the shop and watch the tea being made. As the tea boils and smoke rises from the kettle, the surroundings become more vibrant.I usually drink tea once or twice a day. A cup of tea refreshes me in the morning before starting study or work. Again in the afternoon when we meet with friends, we often sit at Mamun store and have tea and chat. It's these little moments that make the day so much happier.

While having a hot drink I usually like to have some light food with it. Just drinking tea or coffee alone is fine, but if accompanied by a little snack, the moment becomes more enjoyable. Especially in the afternoon, a cup of hot tea along with some light food is very helpful in relieving the tiredness of the day.When I go to Mamun store in Badarganj upazila for tea, I often like to eat biscuits or cakes with tea. There is a distinct fun of dipping biscuits in tea, which many enjoy. There are various types of biscuits available in the store, so one can easily choose according to one's preference.

This type of food goes well with tea, especially during breakfast.But it is not always the food that is needed. Then the taste of tea and its warmth alone soothes the mind.All in all, I usually prefer a light meal with a hot drink especially biscuits,Cake or bread. Because it's basically a small local shop, selling easy to make drinks. Milk tea, red tea and sometimes light coffee these types of drinks are common here.But sometimes shopkeepers make slight changes in the taste of tea according to customers' preferences.

For example, if someone wants ginger tea or tea with a little more milk, it is prepared accordingly.
