Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan I hope everybody fine too.Todsu here I am participating this wonderful contest .I am Thankful for steem Iron chef community They arranging such a nice contest .because I am cooking lover and it's my passion .it's give me a joy .Today I am share you healthy home made vegetable recipeI hope you must try at home

Lets move towards and starts

Things we need|

IngridentsQuantity
Mixed vegetableshalf kg
Oilas required
Red chilli1 tsp
Turmeric1 tsp
Saltaccording to your taste
Tomatoes3
Green chilli3-4
Onion1
Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Kolengi2 pinch
Cumin seeds1 tsp

procedure with step by step

Wash and cut all the vegetables and keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it.

On the other hand heat the oil in pen.add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,cumin seeds,kolengi frying in oil for 2 minutes.

Add in one thin size of onion frying in oil when the onion will be soft add a tomatoes and all the spices .
mixed all the ingredients very well.

Add in mixed vegetables.Mix all the spices well with the vegetables using a spoon.and coved it there is no need to add water .

The vegetables will soften and quickly decompose, cover them and cook in the oven until they are ready.

the mixed vegetables have cooked well, so I have dried all the water from the vegetables, after which the oil has started to form at the bottom of the pan, which means the mixed vegetables is ready.

This is my final look.The taste is amazing me and my husband enjoyed in iftar .it's easy to cook ,easy to digest,easy to buy,easy to digest food.If we took about the healthy benefits.vegetable are healthy in our body.mixed vegetables provides a lots Vitemain like vitemainA,K,C .best for heart health.strong our immune system .specially our skin and hair very essence for vitemainA and minerals.mixed vegetables is just like a multivitamin food.so we should include our diet.I made this dish within a week .Where we consume pulses and meat, it is very important to also include vegetables in our diet.
