Contest Daily menu Delicacies week#116

Greeting friends,

Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope everybody fine too Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by steemit Iron chef community.I am Thankful for community and whole team members there efforts and hard work is remarkable.Todsy I am share you whole menu of the day I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back .

Lets move towards and starts

I woke up 10:am.After freshening up, I went to the kitchen.for preparing breakfast.firstly I knead the dough and preparing parathas .

So at night I froze the milk and made yogurt.Because in summer we eat curd with paratha.We keep changing the menu according to the weather. In winter, we used to eat pies and eggs, or in summer, we eat yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast.In the end I made a tea.when the food is ready we enjoyed breakfast with my husband.then I pickup my mobile and watching reels.after 1 hours my maid came in my house .she was house chore.thrn my husband went to market and bought some groceries.

Today I made in lunch Dal masoor and boiled rice.its summer dish .easy to cook,easy to digest ,easy to buy,easy to budget.I made Dal and rice twice a week .being a mother I take care of my children choice.when the food is ready we enjoyed lunch with my family .after lunch I prayer Zohar and take a short nap

In the evening I went to kitchen for preparing potatoes pakoras .my son helped Me in kitchen.he peel off potatoes grated and cut the onion .and I mixed all the spices with rice flour.when heat oil the pen I was frying potatoes pakoras and made a tea.

When the pakoras were ready we enjoyed snacks tea with my family.
In the dinner time I made frying ladyfinger and bread .I wash and cut the lady finger .then heat the oil in pen add onion,tomatoes ,spices frying both the ingredients then add in lady finger and covered it for 20 minutes.delicious lady finger ready to served.
