Recipe of the day week#114 ( chicken Biryani )

How are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Todsy here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @steemit Iron chef community.through this contest we can show our Telent by cooking skills.Today here I am share you chicken biryani recipe in my style.
Let's move towards and starts
Things we need

| Chicken | half kg |
| Rice | half kg |
| Tomatoes | 2 medium size |
| Green chilli | 2-3 |
| Black paper | 1 tsp |
| Red chilli | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric | 1 tsp |
| Salt | as required |
| Onion | 2 large size |
| Coriander leaves | 2 tsp(chopped) |
| Dry mint | 2 tsp |
| Cumine seeds | 1 tsp |
| Gram masala powder | 1 tsp |
| Bay leaves | 2-3 |
| Procedure with step by step |

Wash in water chicken properly and keep it in stainer.untill the excess water removed it.

Cut the onion in thin size.take a pen add in oil.when heat the oil in pen add chopped onion.

Frying onion the colour of onion changed add and frying ginger garlic paste for 2-3 minutes cumine seeds and bay leaves.

Wash and chopped tomatoes in medium size.add in chicken mixed all the ingredients very well .

Add all the spices in chicken mention ingredients list.Using a spoon, I mixed all the spices well into the chicken.and add half cup of water and covert it.

Then add the chicken in spice frying untill the excess water if chicken removed it and chicken is tender.

When the chicken is tender dry the mixture of Qorma
On the other hand soak the rice in water 20. minutes .I have used the rice that is cooked daily at my house, but when you make it, use good quality rice.Because it is very important to have good rice to make biryani.

Then I wash the rice two times and take a pen add rice and water They take twice as much water as there is rice.add rice add in salt,coriander seeds,bay leaves and boiled it.

When the rice cooked 80%.We will strain the rice to remove the extra water using a sieve.
Now it's time to layer the rice. We'll lay a layer of kurma, add rice on top of it, then sprinkle coriander and mint, then add another layer of kurma, and then layer the rice. Some coriander and mint are scattered.

In the end add 3 tsp of orange food colour and oil top of the pen .and put the rice dum of biryani 15-20 minutes.

This is my final presentation.it looks very attractive and the taste is amazing ,yummy .because my family is chicken lover family .and I made this dish twice a week.and often made this dish in feast ,parties,functions.
