Welcome to my belog,how are you all I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.Today here I am participating this amazing and interesting contest Recipe of the day .This interesting contest organized by @ lirvic .I am very Thankful for mam .Through this contest we can show our Telent by cooking skills .because I love cooking it's my passion .Today I made keema Aloo recipe.

| Beef mince | 250g |
| Onion | 2 |
| Oil | As required |
| Green chilli | 3/4 |
| Tomatoes | 2 large |
| Black paper powder | 1 tsp |
| Gram masala powder | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
| Salt | according to your taste |
| Potatoes | 2 |
| Coriander leaves | chopped 2 tsp |
| Red chilli | 1 tsp |
| Ginger,garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Cumine seeds | half tsp |
| Bay leaves | 1 |
procedure with step by step
Wash the mince and keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it .

Cut the onion in small size.heat the oil in pen .add in onion ,cumin seeds and bay leaves ,frying 2-3 minutes then add green chilli.

When the colour of onion changed .add beef mince frying beef meat 3-4 minutes then add ginger garlic paste.mixed all the ingridents very well .

Wash and cut the tomatoes,potatoes,green chilli,coriander leaves in cutting board in Thin size.

After that add spices mention in ingredients list frying all the spices and mixed well properly .

Add tomatoes in minced the helf cup of water add then coved it for ten minutes .

When the minced frying and oil surface in pen add potatoes with 1 cup of water and coved it for 15 minutes untill the potatoes are tender .

In the end sprinkle in coriander leaves .and green chilli.

This is my final presentation .I hope you must try at home .it's very delicious .it's taste is mild ,juicy.I served this with bread.Adding potatoes made its taste more delicious and soft.

Minced meat is a complete food, as it contains proteins, which are the best source of protein.This is a dish that is eaten with great enthusiasm by children, young and old alike.beef meat contain Iron ,zinc,protein,and balance out blood sugar level.If we talk about the potatoes it's also favourite in children any form.its very soft texture .This dish is best combo of protein,carbs,healthy fats.
