Welcome to my belog,how are you all.i am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine.Today here I am participating this amazing and interesting contest .Recipe of the day wee#93.This contest organized bycrismenia.I am Thankful for for @crismenia and whole steem iron chef community team to given me a chance to bring my abilities.Today I am sharing lunch time||sabzi time||cluster beans with potatoes recipe.I hope you must try at home.
Let's move towards and starts
Things we need

| Cluster Beans | 300gm |
| Potato | 1 large size |
| Tomatoes | 2 |
| Green chilli | 2-3 |
| Green onion leaves | 5 tsp(chopped) |
| Red chilli | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
| Chat masala | 1 tsp |
| Salt | according to your taste |
| Curry leaves | 3-4 |
| Garlic | 1 tsp |
Procedure with step by step
Wash and cut the vegetables in cutting board .firstly I cut the cluster beans in medium size then cut the tomatoes,green onion,green chilli.potaties in small size

In the second step .heat the oil in pen .add in oil garlic,curry leaves,green chilli,green onion .frying 2-3 minutes .

Add cluster beans frying after that add in tomatoes .mixed well properly .

Add in spices,red chilli,salt, Turmeric powder,chat masala and potstoes.mixed all the ingredients very well.

Covered it for 15 minutes .untill the cluster beans and potatoes tender.
