Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this interesting contest Recipe of the day week#95.This wonderful contest organized by@dasudi .I am Thankful for mam she is arranging such a nice contest.Today I am share you moli,palak,shaljum mixed vegetable winter recipe.Its delicious dish.soecially very fondly eaten in winter.

Lets move towards and starts

Things we need

IngridentsQuantity
Moli1 cup (chopped)
Palak1 cup (chopped)
Shaljum2
SaltAs required
Red chilli1 tsp
Green chilli3-4
Lemonjuice 2 tsp
Curry leaves4-5
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Dey meethi1 tsp
Gram masala powder1 tsp

procedure with step by step

Wash and cut all the vegetables then keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it.

Heat the oil in pen add curry leaves , chopped garlic.frying 2-3 minutes untill the colour of golden brown.

Add the all veggies .then add spices mention according to the ingredients list .then mixed well properly .

Add green chilli and dry meethi and lemon juice and coved it for twenty minutes .now my delicious sabzi is ready to served .

This is my final presentation.lt looks very delicious and taste is amazing .I added lemon juice on top, which enhanced the flavor of this dish.finally I add 1 tsp of gram masala.

Healthy benefits of moi(|Reddish),palak,(Spanish),shuljam,(Turnip)

Turnip is good for digestion.its existed in antioxidant properties.msje our skin and hair healthy .it's leaves in Vitemain and minerals.if we talk about the spanish.its a good source of iron .release constipation.itd boost our immune system Vitemain A,C,E are existed in Spanish.there are many benefits of Reddish .it's good for lever healthy.control blood pressure level.very important thing is that it's control for weight loss.This mixed vegetables dish is very healthy so very body should this dish 1 time in week.Because health is everything.
