Bismillah Food & Life Bakery

Today I am going to share a lovely experience from a well-known local bread stall in my area, Bismillah Food & Life Bakery, located in Satarkul, Badda, Dhaka. In our busy daily life, small local bakeries like this play an important role in our everyday food habits. Especially for light breakfast or evening snacks, these bakeries are very popular.

While I was passing by the bakery, the fresh aroma of newly baked bread caught my attention. The warm and inviting smell made me stop and step inside the shop. After entering, I saw different types of fresh bread beautifully arranged in the showcase. The environment was fairly clean, and the food items were kept inside glass displays, which I really appreciated.

In this bakery, I noticed a variety of items such as small bread, large bread with marmalade, big-sized bread, roll bread, and machine-cut sliced bread. What impressed me the most was that I could watch the slicing process directly in front of me, which increased my trust in the freshness and quality of the food.

At this bakery, I tried a sesame roll bread which cost 45 BDT. As soon as I held it, I could tell it was very fresh. The top had a beautiful golden color, and the sesame seeds made it look even more attractive.

With the first bite, I felt how soft and fluffy the inside was. The outer layer was slightly crispy, while the inside had a mild sweetness that tasted really ভালো. Eating it while it was still warm made the experience even more enjoyable.

For an evening snack, this roll bread felt like a perfect choice.

I usually prefer to enjoy bread with a cup of hot tea. However, the roll bread from this bakery was so soft and delicious that I enjoyed it on its own. The sesame flavor made it even more special.
