"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 91: (Smoky Chicken Tikka Resha Kabab with Mint Raita)"

A hearty greetings to all of you dear steemians. Today I am happy to share one of my favorite homemade savory recipes with you. The Chicken Resha Kabab. This kabab is loved for its soft, shredded texture and the rich flavors. I made it with the simple ingredients. Guys I cooked it with care. The kababs are crispy on the outside. This is tender on the inside. This Chicken Resha Kabab always brings comfort and satisfaction to the table guys. Let me walk you through my easy method to prepare this delicious recipe at home.

The Ingredients Which I Used For This :

| 4 | Green Chillies Slices |
| 5 | Lemon |
| 6 | Coriander |
| 7 | Mint |
| 8 | Bread |
| 9 | Cumin |
| 10 | Garam Masala Powder |
| 11 | Chicken Tikka Masala |
| 12 | Garlic Paste One Tablespoon |
| 13 | Red Chilli Powder Two tablespoon |
| 14 | Turmeric One Tablespoon |
| 15 | Salt One Tablespoon |
Procedure :
Step 1: |

I had already washed the chicken thoroughly. So after giving it another good rinse. I cut into the small pieces. Then I began marinating it. For the marination guys. I added garlic paste, two tablespoon of lemon juice. I also add two tablespoons of chicken tikka masala. I mixed everything well. I am ensure the flavors were evenly distributed. Then I added the pieces of the chicken guys. Then I mixed it.

Then guys I let it marinate for about fifteen to twenty minutes. After that I started cooking that marinated chicken. I added ghee. Then I let it cook on the medium heat. I cooked one side for about ten minutes guys. Then I flipped it. I cooked the other side for another ten minutes. In this way my chicken was cooked for ten minutes on each side guys.

When my chicken was cooked. I turned off the flame. Then after turning off the heat. I started shredding the chicken guys. When it was shredded. I fried it again for about ten to fifteen minutes to cook it well. After that I turned off the flame and let it cool guys.

Then I chopped the onions. Then after that I also chopped the green chilies. I added them to a bowl. Then at the same time. I took two slices of bread on a plate. I soaked it in water. Then I mashed them as well.

Then I added boiled potatoes. The with that I add the mashed bread to the mixture. Then after that I added red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt guys. The spices gives a unique taste to the mixture.

Then using the masher. I mashed the potatoes. I am also ensured that the remaining bread was well mashed. I mixed everything carefully. I mixed until it formed a smooth paste. Then after that I added the shredded chicken. I mixed it by hand. I am making sure all the ingredients mixed perfectly.

After that guys I washed my hands. Then I dried it. Then I applied a little ghee to my hands to grease it. Then I started shaping the mixture into round resha kabab. In this way I prepared the resha kabab perfectly.

Then guys I started frying the Resha Kababs on the tawa. I placed the kababs on it. I cooked them on low flame. When guys the one side turned golden brown. I flipped it over to cook the other side. In this way both sides are cooked perfectly. So guys in the same way I fried all of my Resha Kabab perfectly.

Then I made the raita along with these kababs. First I added yogurt. After that I mixed in the spice powder. Today I made the raita in a very unique way. The secret is that I used a special spice powder that my mother prepared at home. It made the raita incredibly flavorful. I can’t share the recipe for this spice powder right now. But Inshallah I will definitely include it in one of my future posts. Then I mixed it and made the raita.
