So today i am gonna share a delicious recipe of Aloo Chicken ( Potato + Chicken ) with the benefits and taste and cooking guidance and much more.
So let's dive in.
So first of all lets start with the ingredients we need :
Quantity:
- 4 TOMATOS
- 4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- GIGNER very small amount
- 1kg POTATO
- HALF KG CHICKEN
- 1/4 Tbsp TURMERIC
- 1Tbsp HOT SPICE
- RED PAPER as you want
Process step by step:
So first of all cut the tomato's, ginger, and garlic and blend it well in the blender so this is the paste on which we will cook the chicken and this is also called tomato puree.
after that you need to keep the frypan or katahi on the flame pour oil in the katahi and then chicken and golden brown the chicken in the oil after that remove the chicken from the katahi
after that pour the puree in the katahi and add all the spices and masalas i told you early and mix it well for at least 5-8 min's
after that cut the potato's in the small cube shape add potato's to the puree and mix it well for at least 10-min & add a glass of water to the puree
after that just simply add the chicken to the potato's and cover the katahi for at least 30-45 min.
after that close your eyes and boom your chicken aloo is ready
now serve it it eat and tell me how is it
