We visit and learn about various information. This time too, such a topic has been highlighted, which is delicatessen. There are some foods that are delicious that are kept in the refrigerator or packaged very beautifully. Which are used in the kitchen for cooked food. Today I will discuss in detail about such different foods.

We do not have any special delicatessen shop here in Cox's Bazar city. However, I went to Arif Store for frozen or delicatessen products where very good quality products are available. However, such foods are more available at Swapna Super Shop. But I shared the description of Swapna Super Shop earlier, so this time I went to Arif Store shop and visited it. There are different types of chicken items. There are different types of dairy products. Moreover, there is butter. And there are also different types of spices.

Delicatessen foods are very important for us. We can buy them from the store and use them directly for cooking, which is very important for us. We need different types of foods that are used in our daily needs. Among them, I like chicken items very much. Because when we make chicken items at home, our troubles are endless. And if you have small children, it is even more difficult. That is why I like the various frozen chicken items in the delicatessen. Chicken samucha, chicken fingers, chicken nuggets, chicken balls. There are different brands here, but I really like the products or items of Golden Harvest. I often buy frozen chicken items. Which are very shortcut for me to make. I like any food made from milk very much.

From your perspective, do you consider the consumption of processed meats to be healthy or should it be avoided?
I really liked this question. Because it actually involves a lot of awareness here. Since we live in a modern society, people's busyness and work have increased a lot. Especially with children and jobs, many times we are so busy that it is not possible for us to make anything with chicken. That is why we use frozen meats a lot for food. But this processed meat is not good for our health at all.

What I think should be on a charcuterie board is that it is good to have different items of chicken food along with dairy products. Also, I think it is very healthy if all the items are different types of fruits. Because when we decorate a snack tray, we have to keep in mind that there can be any food made from spicy or meat. It can be chicken fries. Or it is very good if it is chicken food. Another thing when we decorate a food tray, it is better if there is any item made from milk.

And if when we eat chicken items, if there are salad items, it will look much better.
