Today I will share with you how to cook delicious egg noodles very easily with just a few ingredients at home.

Ingredients for Egg Noodles

Ingredients	Quantity
Noodles	4 packet
Egg	3 piece
Chopped onion	3 small size
Chopped green chili	4 small size
Noodles masala	4 packet
Oil	As per quantity
& Salt	As per taste

Step 01

	I took the noodles and spices out of the packet

	I split the noodles in half

	Noodles masala

First, I will cut the noodle packets and take out the noodles and the noodle spices from there. Now I will break the noodles from the middle and divide them into two, which will make it easier to boil the noodles. Then I will take the spices from the noodle spice packets in a bowl.

Step 02

I let the water heat up

I'm giving the noodles to boil.

The noodles are well boiled

Now wash it with water and let it cool

Now I will take a sufficient amount of water in a pan, put it on the stove and wait until the water is hot. When the water is hot enough, I will add the noodles to it and boil them well. When the noodles are boiled, I will drain the hot water from them, then I will wash the noodles with cold water and cool them.

Step 03

	I fried the onion and green chili in hot oil

	Now I put eggs in it

	The eggs are well fried

Now I will put a pan on the stove and add some oil to it, when the oil is hot, I will fry the chopped onion and green chili in it well. When it is fried, I will put the onions on one side of the pan and put the eggs on the other side, then stir well and fry.

Step 04

I added the noodle masala to the egg

Then I added boiled noodles

Now stir well and cook

I will fry the eggs and add the noodle spices to it and mix it well with the eggs. Now I will add the boiled noodles, then stir well and mix it. Of course, I will eat a little of the noodles to check whether the salt is right. If the salt of the spices is not enough in the noodles, then I will add some extra salt and mix it well with the noodles. When it is cooked, I will take the noodles out of the pan.

Step 05

Final Presentation

Now I will serve the noodles as I like. I didn't do much here, just put the noodles on a plate and added a cutting spoon and a note with my username.
