I really liked the environment of this restaurant. Everything is nicely arranged and well organized. There is air-conditioning for customer comfort, CCTV cameras for security, a dedicated parking area under the building, and fire extinguishers inside the restaurant for safety. All these facilities make the restaurant more reliable and comfortable.

All Kacchi Bhai restaurants across the country follow a similar design, so they look almost the same. The restaurant maintains excellent cleanliness. The service quality is very good, and the staff members behave politely with customers. They take orders carefully and try their best to meet customer needs. The staff follows a dress code, which makes them look professional. The seating arrangement is clean and attractive. There is also a party center available for events such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

✓ What is your favorite ethnic food? For example, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.
My favorite ethnic food is Bangladeshi (Bengali) food, especially Kacchi Biryani and Tehari. Since I grew up in Bangladeshi culture and have never traveled abroad, I feel more comfortable eating local food. I also prefer halal food, which makes Bangladeshi cuisine my top choice.

As a Bengali, I eat this type of ethnic food regularly. Bengali food is part of our culture, so it is not new to me. Whenever I travel or visit restaurants, I often choose Kacchi Biryani or Tehari. Among them, Kacchi Biryani is my favorite. Nowadays, many restaurants like Kacchi Bhai and Kacchi Dine are available, which allows me to enjoy my favorite food easily. I also always try almond sharbat because it is one of my favorite drinks.

✓ What ethnic dish would you like to try in the future, and what appeals to you about it?
In the future, I would like to try Japanese ethnic food, especially sushi. Japanese food is well known around the world for being healthy and beautifully presented. Sushi is usually made with rice, fish, and vegetables, and it uses very little oil and spices. Because of this, it is light and good for the body. I am also attracted to sushi because of its colorful and neat presentation. The unique taste of raw fish with rice feels new and interesting to me. For these reasons, I am excited to try sushi in the future.
