Parbatipur Cafe

In our small town, there are several food shops, and some of them are cafes. Among them, there is one cafe that is very popular and well-known for serving good food. This cafe offers different kinds of juices along with various fast foods. People like me who enjoy spending time in cafes often come here to try different items. This cafe has been running successfully for many years because of its popularity.

✓ Name, location and opening hours of the establishment.

The name of this establishment is Parbatipur Cafe, named after our town. The cafe is located right here in Parbatipur. It has fixed opening hours: it usually opens around 10 AM and remains open until 10–11 PM, so regular customers can easily visit whenever they want.

The management of this cafe is really nice. When we went there, they came to us politely and took our order. We ordered apple juice and orange juice. They asked for a little time to prepare it. They also have many kinds of juices on their menu such as apple juice, orange/malta juice, milk shake, banana shake, lemon juice, etc.

Apple & Malta Juice

We didn’t try all the food items, but from the taste of the juice, we understood that their food quality is amazing. I really liked the juice because they prepared it exactly the way we wanted. They even asked how much ice we preferred. After telling them everything clearly, they made the juice just the way we requested.

✓ Payment methods.

The cafe currently accepts cash and bKash payments. They don’t have a card payment system yet since this is a small town, and here most people still prefer cash.

Kids’ Play Area

One interesting thing I noticed is that this cafe is on the second floor, and the third floor has a play area for children. I was actually surprised because not many cafe owners think about this. Kids often cry when they get bored, but here they can play and enjoy while their family spends time together. There is also a seating area on the third floor where people can eat.

✓ Details about its structure, environment, service, among others.

The structure of this cafe is very nice. It is located in a peaceful area, and there are places where families can sit and spend quiet time together. I really liked the environment of the cafe because it was very clean. I didn’t see any garbage anywhere. They always keep the cafe neat and tidy so customers don’t face any inconvenience.

The service was excellent. The employees were polite and respectful while taking the order and serving food. At the time of paying the bill, they even gave us a small discount. Overall, I liked this cafe a lot.

✓ What is your favorite juice, smoothie, or shake? Please provide details, specifying its flavor, ingredients, and texture.

My favorite juice is Malta/Orange Juice. Oranges contain a lot of Vitamin C, which is very beneficial for our health. That’s why I really like this juice. The taste is refreshing, and it doesn’t require many ingredients. Just a little sugar and some ice are enough to prepare it. It gives energy and helps the body stay healthy. Since Vitamin C is important for our immune system, I often drink orange juice.

✓ Are there any fruits or vegetables that you prefer to avoid in your juices, smoothies or shakes?

I don’t like papaya juice. The taste and smell of papaya juice feel unpleasant to me, so I can’t drink it. Although papaya is healthy, the smell of the juice is something I can’t tolerate. I can eat ripe or raw papaya normally, but once it’s made into juice, I don’t like it.

Another fruit I avoid is beetroot. I cannot tolerate the smell or taste of beetroot, whether raw or cooked. Its deep red color and strong flavor make me dislike beetroot juice.

✓ Do you consider juices, smoothies, or shakes to be an essential component of a healthy diet? How often do you usually consume them?

I believe that drinking juice is an important part of a healthy diet. Many people don’t eat enough fruits regularly, which leads to vitamin deficiencies. But if we drink different fruit juices at home or outside, we can easily get those nutrients.

I usually drink juice two to three times a month, sometimes even more. I often drink pomegranate juice and orange juice, as both help our body stay healthy and recover from vitamin deficiencies.
