If I had to choose only one product from this delicatessen, my favorite would be sour yogurt. It is a very common and healthy dairy food in our daily diet. Although it tastes slightly sour, it has many health benefits.

Sour yogurt helps digestion and contains probiotics that keep the stomach healthy. It reduces gas and digestive problems. It is also rich in protein, calcium, vitamins, and minerals, which help strengthen bones and teeth.

Long-term consumption of processed meat can negatively affect our health. Therefore, I personally prefer to avoid processed meat and encourage others to do the same for a healthier life.

According to my taste, a charcuterie board should have a balanced mix of flavors and variety. It looks best with different types of cheese, thinly sliced meat, some fruits, a small amount of nuts, and bread. Adding honey makes the board even more attractive. Even with simple ingredients, a well-arranged charcuterie board can look beautiful and taste delicious.
