*Mona Mia’s Chui Jhal Chatpati*

The name of this shop is Mona Mia’s Chui Jhal Chatpati. It is located beside the floating bridge in Rajganj Bazar under Monirampur thana. The shop usually remains open from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Since this is a fuchka and chatpati shop, the environment is very clean and tidy. The food quality here is also very good, which is why many customers visit regularly. In this beautiful environment , people come to enjoy chatpati and fuchka.

Among all items, I liked the chatpati the most. The price per plate of chatpati is 60 BDT, and fuchka costs 50 BDT per plate. There are also special items special chatpati costs 100 BDT and special fuchka costs 80 BDT.

As the shop is located in a rural area, all transactions are done in cash only. No digital payment system is available yet.

I think it’s important to mention that there is a beautiful parking space in front of the shop. The decoration is also nicely done. The shop has one owner and around 3–5 workers. Mineral water is always available here.

I really liked the environment. The staff behave very politely with customers, which makes the experience even better.

The place is very clean and beautiful . The decoration attracts customers easily. Because no one likes to eat in a dirty place, they always keep everything neat and clean. The structure of the shop is also quite good.

I really enjoyed the chatpati here. It was very delicious and rich in taste. It included different ingredients like cucumber, egg, papri, and various mosala.

One of the main reasons for its popularity is their secret spice mix. That special taste makes it very popular in this area. That’s why we went there mainly to eat chatpati.

Since chatpati is a popular fast food, most people like it. Especially during occasions like Eid and 14th February, this place becomes very crowded and lively.

✓ What is your favorite soup or broth after a long day and how often do you eat it?

After a long day, my favorite broth-type food is chatpati. It is very tasty and enjoyable. That’s why I like it a lot.

However, I don’t eat it regularly. I usually eat it once or twice a month because it is a fast food item, and eating too much fast food is not good for health.

Still, it is a very delicious and popular food, so I enjoy it occasionally.

✓ Do you accompany your soup with any special ingredient (arepa, bread, lemon, hot sauce)?

I like to add lemon as a special ingredient with my chatpati. Lemon juice is very healthy and rich in vitamin C. It also enhances the taste of the food a lot. That’s why I always prefer adding lemon juice it makes the chatpati even more delicious.
