
Greetings you dear all friends and steemians!!! Hope you all are doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty. I'm also doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty and the prayers of my family. Today after a long time I'm going to share my post in the Steemit Iron Chef Community. Today my post in this community is about the chicken pulao. I didn't make it myself but my friend make it and take pictures of the complete recipe. I'm going to share those all pictures with complete recipe in detail. Hope you friends will get benefits from my post.

| Half cup cooking oil |
| Rice |
| 3 medium chopped onions |
| Garlic ginger paste |
| Green chilli paste |
| One cup yogurt |
| 1kg chicken |
| Salt as required |
| Red chilli |
| Red chilli flakes |
| Garam masala |
| Coriander |
| 4 cups of water |
Take half cup of cooking oil in the cooking pan and make it hot under high flame.

Take 3 medium sized onions and make them chopped or sliced in a plate.

Take the rice in a large pan. First wash the rice to remove all dirt and then soaked them in the water for almost half an hour.

Then add 3 medium sized chopped onions in the cooking pan containing hot cooking oil. Make them brown on high flame untill their color is changed.

Take green chillis, ginger and garlic on a plate. Make paste of green chilli,garlic and ginger. Their paste will be easy to cook with onion in hot oil.

Take this mixture of green chilli, garlic and ginger paste in the hot oil. You can take green chillis without making paste. But cooking paste is easy as others.

Wash and clean one kg of chicken in a pourable basket so that all the water will remove easily.

Then in the next step take this chicken in the cooking pan containing brown fried onions, past of green chilli,garlic and ginger.

Take one tablespoon of salt separately in the plate. Salt is very very important for taste. You can take it with your requirements.

Then in the next step 3 tablespoon of salt, 1 spoon red chilli powder, Half spoon red chilli flakes, 2 tea spoon garam masala, 2 tea spoon coriander in the plate.

Then in the next step take all these spices in that cooking pan containing chicken. Cook for some time until each and everything cooked completely.

Take one cup of yogurt in the bowl and make it whisky. It depends upon you that you make the yogurt whisky or not.

Then in the next step of recipe, add 4 cups of water in that pan and transfer that cup of yogurt in the pan.

Then cook the chicken and all other ingredients on high flame. When the chicken is completely cooked,then add more water and cover it with a lid to make Yakhni.

When our Yakhni is ready in the pan,it means all the ingredients are completely cooked. Add more water in the pan and make it boiled for sometime.

Then remove all water from soaked rice. Add the soaked rice in the pan containing Yakhni of chicken.

Cover it with lid on the low flame. Do not remove the lid until all the water evaporated. This time our recipe will completed. Rice become soft and juicy. Then remove the lid,so that kur recipe is completely ready. Transfer it in the plate and served it with Raita if you like.
