I'm also doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty and prayers of my family. Today I'm here with you with a new post of recipe of pea potatoes curry in Steemit Iron Chef Community.

So let's start;
INGREDIENTS
One cup cooking oil
Half kg potatoes
Half kg peas
3 medium sized onions
3 medium sized tomatoes
Green Chilli
Garlic ginger paste
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander Powder
Red chili flakes
Salt as required
Garam masala
Preparation

First of all make slices of potatoes, tomatoes, onions green chilli and ginger garlic. Remove the peas from covering and soak them in water.

Make slices of onions, tomatoes and potatoes. Soak the potatoes in water for some time. Wash tomatoes and make their thin slices. Wash onions completely.

Next add required amount of cooking oil in the cooking pan and turn on the flame. Heat the oil and then add sliced and washed onions carefully. Make them brown in cooking oil.

Then next add the small slices of garlic and ginger as chopper is not available. So I make small pieces of garlic and ginger. When the onions are turned into brown then add them in the pan.

Then after that add sliced tomatoes and green chilli in the pan and add some amount of water in the pan. Cook them on high flame. Make the gravy of all ingredients added in the pan. Cover it with lid after adding little amount of water.

Then remove the lid and mix the ingredients very well. Add all spices including red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander Powder and salt. Then again add some amount of water to cook the ingredients completely.

Then next add washed and clean peas in the cooking pan. After cooking some time add small pieces of potatoes in the same cooking pan. Add 3-4 glasses of water in the pan and cover it with lid. The flame must be high.

After some time water started boiling. Remove the lid and remove all the steam produced. So after some time our recipe is completed. Add coriander leaves for garnishing and turn off the flame.
