Recipe of the Day Contest #115

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest "Concurso: La Receta del Día. Semana Nro. 115// Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.115". For this contest I'm going to share a very delicious recipe and one of my favorite recipe. Its very easy to make, take less time and gives you delicious taste.

Let's start today's recipe;

My Recipe

Today I'm sharing a delicious recipe of "Russian Salad".

Ingredients:

• boiled chickpeas 1 cup
• Apples (chopped) 1/2cup
• Carrot (chopped) 1/2cup
• Cucumber (chopped) 1/2cup
• bell paper (chopped) 1/2cup
• mayonnaise
• yougart
• Lemon
• Salt
• black pepper

Making:

• First we make dressing for salad. Add mayonnaise, yougart, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in it and mixed well your dressing is ready you can add any other sauce or spice accordingly to your taste.

• Chopped all veggies nicely in small pieces.

• Add boiled chickpeas in a bowl and add all veggies in it.

• Add enough dressing to it and mixed well.

• you can add dressing according to your taste I added less according to my taste. Now its ready to served.
