To begin with, I have taken the lentil and chicken meat here. I have taken the boneless chicken meat here. I have put the lentil and chicken meat neatly in two baskets.
Then I have put turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, garlic paste, onion powder, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf on a plate. Then, mix all the ingredients well inside the chicken meat and add enough oil.
Then I started to pull the meat a little here.
Once it is lightly browned, add some water. I have used a small amount of water here because I cannot keep any kind of meat broth.
Then the water slowly dries up and I stir occasionally so that all the meat and lentils cook evenly.
Then you can see here the water starts to slowly recede and I moved it more and more and lowered it.
Then, I throw away all the spices that I had put inside, cinnamon and cardamom, put the meat in a blender jar and blend it well.
Then I brought the kebab spices here, chopped onion, chopped green chili and a little salt. The salt and chili were already provided, so I used very little.
Then I kneaded them nicely and then I shaped them into nice round shapes with my hands and gave them a shape.
I made all the kebabs one by one.
Then here I took toast biscuits and crushed them into powder.
Here I have broken an egg and then dipped the kababs that I had prepared earlier into the egg one by one.
I took the kebabs out of the egg and put the toast biscuits that I had previously made into a ball and neatly placed them on the kebabs.
I have prepared all the kababs one by one.
Then I heated the oil in a kadai and when it was hot, I put the kababs in it one by one.
This way I fry it nicely from side to side.
Then, when the kababs are fried, I arrange them on a plate.

Just as I like to cook with my own hands, I also like to grow and feed everyone with my own hands. When my kebabs are fried, I arrange them beautifully and give them to my husband to eat. He praises me a lot. My husband loves to eat kababs, so when I make kebabs, he praises me a lot. He likes to eat kababs made by my own hands more. If someone praises the recipe, then the desire to cook increases even more. Kababs are also very fun to eat with roast pulao. I also like to eat kababs with biryani.
