SLC31-W5: The Sweet Gastronomic Route: (Meringues and milkshakes)

Welcome to the 5th week of La Ruta Gastronomica Dulcera (Sweet Food Journey) organized by Steemit Iron Chef. I am happy to participate in this contest. In our hectic lives, a glass of cold juice or shake not only quenches thirst, but also brings peace to the body and mind. Today I will discuss a popular juice shop in our area. So, let's get started.

The store I am discussing today is called Mukhruchi Chatpati and Juice Bar. This store is a minute away from my house. Being next to the main road, the store does a lot of business throughout the day. This store is especially crowded around noon.

Details of Merengadas & Batidos (Juices & Shakes):
Mukhruchi Chatpoti & Juice Bar - This shop offers a variety of fruit juices, lemon juice, mixed fruit juice, milkshakes, lacchi & chatpoti, and fuchka. However, the signature items of this shop are 'Special Lemon Juice' and 'Mixed Fruit Juice'.

Quality and Taste:
The juices here are made with fresh fruits. They do not use any artificial colors or flavors, which I like the most. Also, the shakes are quite thick and creamy. The main attraction of this shop is the lemon juice which they sell at a low price for the lower class.

Price:
The prices here are quite affordable. People can order and eat inside this shop. I have shared a list of food available in this shop below.

They only accept cash here. As they are a small shop in the area, they have not yet introduced online payment or mobile banking services.

For me, the biggest positive aspect of this shop is their service style and customer service. Health awareness is very important these days, and I was quite impressed by the cleanliness and use of gloves while making juices or shakes at Mukhruchi shops. Also, there is a great facility to customize the amount of sugar or ice as per your preference, which is great for diet conscious or people who prefer less sweets. Most importantly, the taste and live juicing experience of big restaurants is available here at a very affordable price, which maintains the best balance of quality within the budget of ordinary buyers and students.

Although the shop is not very big, it is quite clean. There are several small tables and benches to sit. The decoration of the shop is simple but cute. The staff here are very friendly and they deliver the order very quickly.

Personally, my favorite is the 'Strawberry Milkshake'. Its sweet smell and light sour-sweet taste fascinates me. Also, a glass of cold 'raw mango juice' or batidos works great in the heat to relieve my fatigue. However, today I tried the lemon juice from this shop, while my daughter enjoyed a glass of Lacchi.

I think a piece of chocolate cake or a lightly salty biscuit with a milkshake is the best combination. However, eating their special Chatpati with juice at Mukhruchi shops has become a tradition for me. I think this mix of sweet and sour is great.

In my opinion, these are an absolute blessing on a hot day. A glass of cold juice in the hot sun refreshes the body. However, milkshakes are something that can be enjoyed at any time of the year to make the mind feel good. My suggestion is that you should not go out in the hot sun and drink cold juice; it is better to wait a while.

Food or drinks are not just for satisfying hunger; they are a part of our culture. Mukhruchi Chatpati & Juice Bar is not just a shop for me, but a place to hang out with friends and enjoy the food. Those of you who come to this area must try the juices here. This was my presentation today, and I tried to present all the topics according to the contest rules.
