SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup"
Greetings to Steemit family,
Today I'm making tomato soup which is prepared by very less ingredients and less hard work and it's full of nutrients and benefits.
Ingredients:

| Scallions leaves | 8 to 12 grams | |
| Garlic | 3 cloves | |
| Black pepper powder | 1/5 tablespoon | |
| Cummin powder | 1/5 tablespoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/5 tablespoon | |
| Chicken Powder | 1/5 tablespoon | |
| Soya sauce | 1 tablespoon | |
| Chilli sauce | 1 tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 to 3 tablespoons | |
| Wheat flour | 1 large spoon |
Step-by-Step Recipe of Tomato Soup
First of all I washed out tomato with fresh cozy water to remove all the dust and dirt then I make some cuts on tomatoes skin that make it soft easy and within time when I cook it.
In the pot I add half cup water and cooked the tomatoes for 6 minutes. When tomatoes become soft I put out from the pot and peel off the skin. Then I blend it using blender for better texture and mixing.
In another pan I heated the butter and added thin chopped garlic cloves and also added scallions leaves and when its turned to golden brown then it's the right time to add the tomatoes mixture after adding it I will continually stirring it, for better taste.
Now I added salt, black pepper, zera powder, soya sauce and chili sauce and also add some chicken powder for better taste and texture. I also added after few minutes one cup water for better texture and consistency.
In the end I added wheat flour solution for better consistency and Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes more. After some time soup becomes perfect condition and it's looks like a restaurant soup. Then I served in the bowl with tomato 🍅.
Nutrients & Winter Benefits
The most important nutrients in tomato soup are:
Vitamin C protect again cold and flu.
Vitamin A is very good for eyes and skin.
Its include fibres which improve digestion. Potassium are very useful to maintains water balance in the body
In winter soup provides instead energy to body and movement also a good source of water increased water in body, relaxed the muscles and removed the tiredness from body.
Difficulties Faced & Ingredients Prices
I face difficulty mashed the tomatoes using spoon and fork that why I used the blender to blend the past and blender provided very good result and perfection. But blender help me a lot to blend it.
