Then I washed and dried the mint leaves of the amount and the thoroughly.
Then I'll take three medium-sized green peppers here.
Then I blend everything well in a blender and take it out on a plate.
Step 03
In the meantime, once my tomatoes are cooked well, I will put them in a blender.
Then, after it cools down a bit, I will blend the tomatoes well.
Then I will use a colander to thoroughly drain the tomatoes I am blending and discard the excess parts.
Then I will put the perfectly sliced tomatoes in a bowl.
Step 04
Then I'll take a fry pan and I'll put 2 tablespoons of white oil in there.
Once the oil is a little hot, I will add the blended tomatoes here.
Then I will add the chopped mint and coriander paste here.
Next time, I give it to suger
Step 05
Then I'll add half a teaspoon of salt here.
And finally, I'll add a tablespoon of white vinegar here.

Then I will turn it off and let it cool a bit before taking it out into a bowl.
Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.
Today I am making a Dhona Pata and Mint Pata Kechap, which is an Ayurvedic one, and after I served it in a bowl, I took some mint leaves and coriander leaves to decorate it nicely and sprinkled them on top then I took a picture with the paper with my name tag on it.
