How are your friends? I hope you are well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, I have come to participate. Today's contest has formed a great recipe, and I would like to thank @ nahela for organizing today's contest. I tried to make today's recipe according to the rules shown by the teacher, but let's see how I made it.
1 - Make your own Alfajores. They can be filled or unfilled (include ingredients, quantities, and step-by-step instructions).
IMPORTANT: FILLING THE ALFAJORES IS NOT REQUIRED.
Include a handwritten identification sign with the user name and date.

The Process of recipe
Step 01
To prepare the recipe, first I take a mixing bowl and there I take some butter and sugar. Then I take an egg.
Step 02
Then I add a little vanilla essence. Then I mix everything well until the sugar granules dissolve. Then I add baking powder and flour, like a amount , I will strain it well with the help of a sieve, then I will knead everything well and make a stiff dough. Then I will take the flour in a polythene bag and keep it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
Step 03
I will flatten it well. Then I will make several small, round-shaped ALFAJORES from the flattened dough. I'll cut it into small sized pieces. Then I'll heat fry pan on the stove for ten minutes. I'll put the steel bowl in there and wait about 15 to 20 minutes. Then my ALFAJORES will be completely filled with flowers.
Step 04
Then I'll take it out and wait for it to cool. Then it cooled down. Here I will take one part and put chocolate on it. On top of the chocolate, I will put another round part and press it a little. In this way, I will make all the pieces completely covered with chocolate. Then I will take icing sugar. Then I will put icing sugar on each piece. My complete recipe is ready.
Step 05
And this is how I have completed my recipe today, and the last one. Took a photo with my name tag.

My selfie with the recipe
2 - When you tried the alfajores, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.
When I first prepared the recipe, I was a bit hesitant because I had to make it perfectly, so I tried my recipe as per the teacher's instructions, and in the end, it definitely turned out well. The icing sugar on top with the chocolate inside was really amazing, and it was quite fun to eat. Icing sugar is amazing to eat with everything. I was able to feel a different taste and feeling in every bite.
3 - What has been your favorite hands-on challenge?
I really enjoy making every recipe I make with my own hands and feel like I am doing something worthwhile because after making each recipe, it is really amazing and much more fun to eat. When it is fun to eat, it feels worthwhile to work hard. But I think today's recipe is the best because here, the chocolate between the two layers and the icing sugar on top give it a different taste and texture that is really amazing and different to eat.

I invite these few people to join the contest. @ikwal @event-horizon @denmarkguy |

Thank you for valuable support
Alfajores are a rather difficult Argentine recipe. I see you gave it an interesting interpretation, and it bears some resemblance.
Just imagine if a Venezuelan wanted to replicate a samosa.
I found the video short; I liked the images, but the subtitles were missing. Good luck, friend.
Thank you soo much
