I hope everyone is well and I am also well Alhamdulillah again I am @suboohi mam here to share a new recipe Today's recipe is very familiar and favorite of mine and I used to make this recipe and I love to eat it very much but I will tell you all the details of how I made this recipe so let's not waste time for that let's start.
Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give??
We like to eat and make various types of sweets, and the demand for such recipes is increasing day by day. However, in making sweets, we use eggs in some recipes, which are really necessary to enhance the taste of the food. However, if we use them in various recipes, then it helps in making our food much softer and also makes it a little fluffy. That is, due to the use of eggs, our recipesThe flavor will add a different kind of flavor, but with it, the food will be much softer, fluffier, and more buttery, and the food will tend to be a bit more fluffy, so eggs help a lot in changing the taste and texture of a dish or dessert.

Step 01
To prepare today's recipe, first I took an egg in a bowl.
Then I will beat the egg well.

Then I will add some sugar here.And I will keep beating it until the sugar melts.
Then I'll add a cup of milk here.
Then I'll add a little vanilla essence here.
Then beat everything well again for two minutes.
Step 03
Next, I need to prepare the caramel, so I'll put a bowl on the stove and add a spoonful of sugar and a little water.
Then, just stir for about a minute, it will turn brown, and I have to turn off the stove. My caramel is ready.
Then I will pour it very quickly into the bowl where I will make the pudding and spread it out.
Then, here I will add the milk and egg mixture that I prepared earlier.
Step 04
Then I take another fry pan heat two cups of water in it for 10 minutes. Then I put the stand in it and put the pudding bowl in it, and cover it with a lid. I waited for about half an hour for the recipe to be ready.
After half an hour, I will check with a toothpick whether it is done or not. My recipe is ready. Then I will take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool, and put it in the freezer for an hour.
Step 05
After an hour, take the bowl out of the fridge, invert it onto a plate, and you'll have a lovely pudding with a beautiful colour.
