Hello, I am Arsalan from Pakistan. I am here with you once again, excited to share another delicious recipe as part of Recipe Week 88. Today, I am presenting the second recipe of the week, specially crafted to warm your hearts and satisfy your taste buds during this winter season. Its name is Minced Beef with Peas Curry, a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender minced beef, fresh green peas, and aromatic spices. This curry is perfect to enjoy with naan, roti, or steamed rice, making it a wholesome meal for your family and friends.

Minced Beef with Peas Curry is a hearty and flavorful dish that combines tender minced beef with fresh green peas, simmered in a rich blend of aromatic spices. Perfect for chilly evenings, this curry is comforting, nutritious, and pairs beautifully with naan, roti, or steamed rice. Required Ingredients for making Recipe

Ingredient Quantity
Minced beef 750 grams
Green peas 250 grams
Tomatoes 4 pieces
Green chilies 3 pieces
Onion 3 pieces
Garlic-ginger paste 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala As required

🍳 Cooking Procedure🫕

Step 1: Fry the Onions 🍳

First, take a cooking pot and add cooking oil. Add the chopped onions and fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown.

Step 2: Add Ginger-Garlic Paste & Minced Beef 🥩

When the onions become golden brown, add 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste. Now add the minced beef and cook well until the beef changes color.

Step 3: Add Tomatoes & Spices 🍅

Add chopped tomatoes along with all the spices (salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala). Cook until the tomatoes soften and oil starts to separate.

Step 4: Add Water & Cook 💧

Add 2 glasses of water, cover the pot, and cook on medium heat for about 60 minutes.

Step 5: Add Green Peas (Mutter) 🌱

Once the water dries up, fry the qeema well and add green peas. Mix properly.

Step 6: Garnish & Serve 🌿

When the peas become soft, add green chilies and fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
